In this last episode of 2020 (yes I'll be back next year!) of From Numbness to Fulfilment, I show you how the art of closure, together with intention, is the best way to end ANYTHING and start something brand new, like a relationship, a job, or like, in this case, a new year.

I show you a very easy but deeply touching technique I do whenever something is about to end so I make sure I squeeze all the juice from what's ending and I am starting the new on the right foot.
