Throughout many years of trial and error and in depth experience of 'doing the inner work' I have discovered it is an art. There are many ways you can 'go within' and one of the most potent ways is by doing shadow work.
In this video I explain how you can do the inner work, what it means and why it is SO important if you want to live a magical life. Your internal reality is creating your external reality, doesn't it make sense to make changes within first?
