Hey Everybody, Welcome to Episode #0009 and the Art of Forgiveness! 

In the previous weeks, we have talked a lot about forgiveness. I said that we were going to do one whole podcast on just that subject! Well today is that day! Forgiveness is a Decision not an emotion. As you listen today I hope that you use the tools that I gave you to help move you forward in your forgiveness journey. And believe me, it is a journey. One that we all must take and different times in our life to find our own inner peace and healing. In my own life, I have had to work on this practice a great deal. Even though I feel like I have gotten really good at it, I know this is something that I will look to improve for the rest of my life, not only for my own well being, but for those that are in my life as well.
