It was an interesting topic that I may touch up more about later throughout the season but it was a start.  Giving to others is a great thing but also giving back to yourself is important. Also learning how to deal with you emotions should be talked about more. Live a life you will remember go out on some adventures and be safe. Not as nervous this episode but excited to have some guest on the show to talk to but I enjoyed this regardless. I hope you all enjoy.
