The professional misconduct hearing has been removed from the government website, but here is the text preview that is still available on google;

  • At the conclusion of the investigation, the Council commenced a disciplinary process which led to Mr Culley's dismissal for gross misconduct on 1 December 2016. He was notified that the dismissal took effect in relation to any roles, paid or voluntary, connected to the Council's music services.
