In today’s society, there seems to be a decline in or empathy for one another, and childhood trauma is resurfacing on various fronts. How do we get back to those wholesome beginnings? How do we repair what was broken? How do we pass this trait on to the next generation effectively? That is what I would like to discuss with our guest today, Daniel Alaigba.

In today’s society, the role of a Christian man or woman is skewed and always shifting in various directions. As the body of Christ, we sometimes tend to focus on one aspect of the faith, while neglecting or downplaying the other elements that are meant to bolster our walk with God, which would aid in our effectiveness as ambassadors in God’s Kingdom. The truth of the matter is that we all have some elements we can work on, but unless we’re aware of those impediments, then we cannot fully manifest the fullness of God’s plan in our lives.

How do we put all of this together? We need to ask the Holy Spirit to reveal the deficiencies in ourselves; allow ourselves to accept them as elements that need to be worked on; seek God’s word on the matter; and to obey whatever He has commanded. We need to remember that as individuals who were made in the image and likeness of God, we are capable of achieving so much more, if we submit to the will and way of God; to where we become individuals whose natural inclination is to grow.
