Hello, my babies! Welcome to another episode!  We start our guided meditation with a body scan to make sure we are fully relaxed. Followed by a mindful meditation on our thoughts. It's always good to take some time to just acknowledge our thoughts. This week we are continuing with the mindfulness and self-esteem challenges. Week 2 is focused on non-striving and how we can practice staying in the moment instead of always wanting more.
