Sometimes it can be hard to say no. It is especially challenging to say no, without saying sorry. But, when we really stop to consider why we are apologizing for our no, it can open our eyes to some deep reflection.

Saying no is hard for me, saying no without saying sorry is a downright mountain to climb. But, I'm learning and I hope I can inspire you in your journey as well!
