Lisa is an ICF-Credentialed leadership coach.  Originally from the USA, Lisa has lived in the Philippines, Saudi Arabia, the Netherlands, France, and currently, Sri Lanka.  She loves working with cross cultural and multi-cultural teams, helping them develop trust, improve relationships, and achieve desired outcomes.  Lisa runs her own coaching business, a real estate investment consulting business, and is an active real estate investor herself.  

In between work projects, she hosts two podcasts, is a paragliding pilot, scuba diver, sailor, rock climber, has completed an IronMan triathlon, summited Mt Kilimanjaro, and loves to read both nonfiction and fiction.

Her favorite passion project is her podcast, Make Life Less Difficult, where she hosts stories of difficulties and successes, connecting us as humans, and through that connection, hoping life is made just a little less difficult for someone listening!
