It's inevitable, if you are in any form of relationship. Someone is going to do something that either hurts you or offends you. Or perhaps someone is doing something that you feel is wrong. How we judge others, and how we bring rebuke and correction, I believe, is so important to G-d. No other commandment is so reciprocal as judging, where He says he will judge you in the manner that you judge.
