Alexander is a Senior Architectural Technologist with Faulkner's who have been shortlisted for the AJ top practices in 2023 in the UK. Alex's expertise lies in working remotely and managing teams virtually which is doing very successfully. He also has a young family and also a part-time job.
We talk about the BIG differences between pre pandemic and post-pandemic working. We talk TOP TIPS on how to effectively manage architectural projects remotely. We talk about about mental health and when Alex is in the office one day a week how he makes the best use of his time with his team. We talk about parenthood and how to navigate being a father of two children while juggling work, having a positive WORK / LIFE balance!
