We are privileged to get to know this pioneer in the North West Arkansas catering scene. She entered the world of service and has been sailing ever since. When she started she recognized the need for a great caterer, the rest is history. We were so glad to discuss the Working "on" and the working" in" of a business.  This balancing act is hard for owners to master.  Shellie has succeeded, keeping this company going and growing has been at the front of her priorities. the dedication she shows is obvious.  you might see her running the show, you might even catch her washing up the dishes.  She is too great of an owner not to be willing to do it all.
