Actor, designer, director: Andrew Foster is a freelance theatre worker which means he never limits himself to one discipline. This winter he plays a lead character in Anthony McCarten’s play Weed at Circa in Wellington. At the same time he’s preparing to direct Caging Skies, a new play by Desiree Gezentsvey and designing a dance work with his wife Sarah Foster Sproull. He talks about the artistic drive that motivates his life.
