I went outside to grab some items I carried no electrical devices on my personal.

Within SECONDS of me entering my apartment the creepy, psycho guy comes out of his apartment and starts talking crap in the hallway.

I found out many years ago why people would start acting funny or try to avoid me all of a sudden.
She was online impersonating me making posts and comments.
Ugh!

There is a neighbor next door who she have constantly yell, scream and bang on a daily basis.
It's all to traumatize, trigger and Bully me.
She's literally antagonizing this guy on social media in the Haitian community to do this to me.
It takes it up another level when he starts waiting for me to exit my apartment and try to confront me.
