I got in tonight at 9:30pm.

I turned on my phone for a minute just to check the time.

As soon as I turned my phone off 1524 Started with the stomping and the banging.

I left my apartment appx 1:45pm.

I decided to take the stairs as soon as I got to the next floor someone ENTERED the stairwell with me.

When they heard that I didn't go into the stairwell on the 11th floor they exited on the 12th floor.

WHO was that I don't know but I'm sure the cameras will be able to SEE!

I had to DIRECTLY address my upstairs neighbor for once again trying to SILENCE me.
USING ILLEGAL ways and UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS to my electronic devices.
