This unique system of rotation is probably the most discussed element of the game and it's not even really part of the game, it's a meta rules policy that determines, in part, the set of legal cards that can be played in official organized play tournaments of FAB. Love it or hate it, it's here to stay and one of the most interesting elements of our favorite game.
