Chef Michael Wards of the Austin Artisan joins the Austin All Day podcast.  Chef Wards was a late bloomer on the culinary scene but quickly found his footing developing the unique and successful Austin Artisan.  We get into his culinary roots and some former Chefs he's learned from along the way.  Chef Micheal Wards plans to return with some members of his crew on a future episode when we aren't celebrating Sober October.  Enjoy!
