Stunned by the amount of food wasted in the hospitality industry, Ronni Kahn decided to clean up the mess. With just one van in Sydney she started OzHarvest, that today has grown to be Australia's leading food rescue organization. Ronni is now working with the Australian Government and key stakeholders to halve food waste nationally by 2030, as well as taking the unique food rescue model global.
