Episode 29 - In this episode I chat with David and Ahmad from The Authentic Dating Series podcast. They currently have a podcast geared towards men and helping them to show up more authentically in their dating lives, but I also think it's a valuable podcast for women to hear. Many of the gripes I hear women complaining about with regards to male behavior happens to be some of the same stuff that also frustrates men. This is includes everything from ghosting, texting etiquette, to chemistry and beyond.

We unpack a lot of that in this episode, and at times it is a little hard to hear but stick with it. Enjoy.
