Sarah is the CEO of Thames Water, sits on various Boards, is the mother of five (yes, you read that correctly) and is an unashamed Maths lover! She shares how she worked her way circuitously to be the CEO of a major utility and has taken the role and turned it on its head by showing up as her authentic self.
