What does it really mean to age well, and who's helping us get there? In this episode, Amanda sits down with Michelle LeBlanc, a gerontologist and strength coach whose work spans two seemingly opposite worlds: helping women build strength across their lifespan, and supporting people through palliative care and grief.
Michelle unpacks what gerontology actually is (spoiler: most people have no idea), why palliative care isn't the same as end-of-life care, and how her path from a government desk job to the Canadian Longitudinal Study on Aging set her on a mission to reframe how we think about getting older.
