Gloria Ware is an advocate for Black women entrepreneurs. In Cleveland, she has helped curate spaces for Black women founders like "The Gathering". Now, she has launched a new venture with the same mission. Gloria is the founder of Get The Bag, a subscription service for black women looking to launch and grow a thriving business. Gloria was inspired to start this resource hub after she realized that VC Funding is not for everyone.
