Before setting up his own shop, he gained invaluable experience working as a performer and manager in the music industry and freelancing as a content creator and editor, which confirmed that, in order to succeed, you’ve got to fail along the way. Now he runs Stay Bien Films with an arsenal of (sometimes hard) lessons learned, like knowing when to turn away a potential client, the benefits of proper delegation, overcoming creative resistance, and perhaps, most importantly, how to give yourself grace.
