In this episode of The Balancing Point, I sit down with Jen Goddard to challenge the idea that menopause is a disease or that a woman’s body simply starts failing with age. We explore hormones, insulin, stress, drainage, functional lab testing, DNA, thermography, and why the order in which we address health problems matters. Jen shares a practical, root-cause perspective on helping women move through menopause with greater clarity and confidence.
