I’ve heard these verses come up multiple times when asking about the proof of the trinity. I've unfortunately seen this theology forced into the verses. They are made to be more than what the Bible teaches plainly. In this episode, I dive into the meaning of both Matthew 3:16,17 and 28:19. Christ tells us to baptize in the "name" of the Father, the Son, and the holy spirit. Well, what does he mean? Does this singular name prove the 3 in 1 theology.
