We've dubbed our Russian Imperial Stout "The King of Beers". The only thing that could make this beer even better, was age! Our 2019 RIS has been aged in a shiraz barrel, the same kind donated by Matt Wenk from Smidge Wines for our Montepulciano IPA!

Best enjoyed with friends in our chilly sub 20 degree Queensland winters, the notes and complexities of this beer will stick out in your mind for years to come!
