The man who would not die...
a sweet romantic story...South Dakota courage...God, me and aliens...theological thoughts about speculative fiction ... angelic wars ... curses and vows ... and a hand of steel!
The Basaners hate light. They would do anything to rid the world of it—even kill. Lachlaniel hates them. He wants nothing more than to destroy them. But these are no creatures of darkness... they are men. Lachlaniel's mission from the King is to save them.
With his love pursued by another and his vision failing, he must put everything on the line including his life. The light of the Towers and the fate of thousands lie in his hands.
Can he find the strength to fight the darkness when it's growing inside him?
