A calorie just isn't a calorie plain and simple. It is outdated mis-information which is causing poor food habits and relationships. Start eating to nourish and nurture yourself from the inside out. 

What may seem like an innocent ingredient is actually far from it. Did you know that natural flavours can come from both plant and animal and manufacturers aren't required to tell you. Moreover, in a single natural flavour up to 100 different ingredients can be used, with almost all containing preservatives, emulsifiers and other junk!
