Get up close and personal with a new level of horror. The Bates Motel in Glen Mills, Pennsylvania is one of only five haunt attractions in America to be named to Legendary Status by the America Haunts Group. And for good reason… The Bates Motel is a high-startle, high action haunted attraction. Check in for an incredible display of terror and mayhem filled with high-tech special effects, digital soundtrack and lighting. Considered one of the best haunted attractions in America, with the impressive set details and incredible acting. This one is sure to please even the most experienced haunted house enthusiast as you are transported to another time and world. Creep through this show, experiencing levitating spirits, pictures that follow you, and incredible, custom animatronics that you won’t see anywhere else!
While you’re visiting, be sure to ride the epic Haunted Hayride. Operating for over 30 years at the Arasapha Farm, this 25 minute hayride features amazing props, digital FX, incredible actors, and extraordinary professional makeup. Taking you through the tall forest located just outside of Philadelphia, you’ll experience huge, detailed sets, giant monsters, and more pyrotechnics than a KISS concert. Scenes include a 100 foot long, 40 foot tall drive through asylum; a full-scale mockup of a New England church and a 200 foot long cave. For 2023, new sets include an entire Wild West town with 15 buildings and more custom animatronics.
If that’s not enough, finish out the trilogy of terror with the Revenge of the Scarecrows Haunted Corn Trail - a terrifying walk through a tall corn field filled with walk-thru buildings and sets, tons of animatronics, and over 30 actors ready to scare the corn out of you. Just remember, if it feels like you’re being watched… well, it won’t be long before you find out.
The Bates Motel is not recommended for children under 8 or people with heart conditions.
