- Willingness to Listen - James 1:19 Understand this, my dear brothers and sisters: You must all be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to get angry.

- Perseverance - James 1:12. 12 Blessed is the one who perseveres under trial because, having stood the test, that person will receive the crown of life that the Lord has promised to those who love him

- Honesty - 2 Corinthians 8:21 - For we are taking pains to do what is right, not only in the eyes of the Lord but also in the eyes of man.

- Selflessness-Philippians 2:3-4: Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves. Let each of you look not only to their own interests, but also to the interests of others.

- Decisiveness-Matthew 5:37 Let what you say be simply ‘Yes’ or ‘No’; anything more than this comes from evil.

- Trust-Hebrews 11:6"And without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of those who seek Him.
