School's back, and so are the scammers who target KIDS! In this interview Robyn Householder, President and CEO of the Better Business Bureau serving Middle Tennessee and Southern Kentucky, gives tips to keep your kids safe from crooks who prey on them via technology. 
Householder also explains why you should never say, "Yes," when someone calls and asks, "Hi, is this (insert your name here)?" It's called the, "Say Yes" scam.
