Itās not goodbye!
Itās see ya later!!
In this podcast finale, I just reiterate my appreciation for all my guests, my listeners and anyone who has helped me along the way on this digital journey.
Itās been the absolute coolest thing Iāve done to date and I donāt imagine Iāll stay away from the mic for toooo long however, another adventure is calling my name now and I really think itās where I can make a bigger impact š
So join me one final time for sure in 2026.. who knows what 2027 will bring š„°
Thank you from the bottom of my heart. ILYSM. See you in the next episode ⦠date TBDāļø
In todayās episode I bring back my OG bestie Host Hails and I drop some big news for the pods future š„¹
I get really vulnerable in this episode about the journey Iāve been on the last 5.5 years, what my guests mean to me, whag my past hosts meant and what happened there, what you listeners mean to me and the difficulties Iāve faced the last 11 seasons.
Not one part of this journey has been easy. Rewarding? HELL YA BROTHERRRR.
Itās been transformative, informative, boundary breaking and in ways, I hope, unifying š¤š¼
Iām eternally grateful for this passion project but even more excited about the future.
Being the nature of this entire episode; I also share my hardest, most vulnerable topic, sisterhood.
Iāve been down many a paths trying to make sisterhood, girl groups and those connections like you see on tv my whole life and the ways Iāve been hurt that way along the way, something Iāve never really talked about.
Oh and the lawyers letter that change the projectory of my mindset, and the day I started to choose me again.
Jam packed episode with some shit you do not want to miss!!
In todayās episode I am joined again by one of my fave real babes Doomy and we dive deeper into our current over sexualized society and what that is doing to humans.
It feels like you canāt watch a show, go on social media or just exist now without having something sexual shoved down your throat.
Now, there is absolutely NOTHING wrong with being pro sex and having a healthy, safe, consenting sex life. Itās actually extremely good.
However, thereās a line and my babes, she done been crossedddddd.
This topic is so complex and we cannot possibly include all sides to this but from an outside perspective and as women whoāve sat back and watched the heavy progression of sexual exploitation and come with our own experiences, we are both appalled at the level we are at now.
Shout out to Doomy for bringing the stats and the heavy impact the porn industry is having on people but most importantly, kids.
When I was 13 I would have had to sneak into someone VHS porn stash and have a private VCR to access what kids can open social media and see immediately.
And we have to ask, has society gotten safer? Is there less abuse? Less sexual violence? Is there more empowerment now? Because from our lenses, it doesnāt appear to be so.
What we see, read, researched and been very open to points to things actually getting worse and more extreme.
We do not claim to know the answer or have all the insights here but we need to be real about the impact this is having on men, women and children and we have to ask is it worth it?!
In todayās episode I go over past āProjectsā & āOperationsā that I think we tend to forget about.
And Iām not saying that these things are currently happening but Iām also saying you canāt say these things here didnāt happened.
There have been many events the government has in fact done.
This is why so many people are currently in the belief that events happening now could be the same.
Iām always on the fence because I donāt want to believe these things are happening but bad things have happened like MK Ultra & Operation Paperclip.
These arenāt made up conspiracies either. These are documented government activities.
So sometimes I get a little annoyed when people take EVERYTHING there but I can understand why.
People who believe it all and try to prevent it, do not want more harm done.
People who donāt believe it, donāt want to live in a world that evil.
I get both. Both can exist. But facts are facts and these things are documented information so maybe we can find common ground here and say maybe?
Donāt believe everything is something but be open to everything MIGHT be something and donāt ruin your life trying to figure it out ā¤ļø
In today's episode, I carry on the series of Missing People of Canada with the province of Manitoba. Please make sure to go back to Episodes 255, 260 & 265 for the previous provinces.
Just like the SK episode, finding information on these missing cases were difficult so appologies for lack of info and the short episode but that makes me feel like these need to be shared even more.
They all have family and friends waiting for answers so please always keep eyes up and your ears open :)
I cover 5 cases today, all open at the time of recording in Manitoba.

Praying for answers for these families <3
In todayās episode I have an amazing new guest joining me to talk about Residential Schools and the divide that has a hold on our country between indigenous peoples and those who are not.
Before I continue I need everyone who is listening to understand that we are having this convo in good faith, with the information we have or could find and would really love this to start off more conversations around these harder topics because our country truly needs to unite not divide more ā¤ļø
If you cannot listen with an open mind, empathetic soul and critical mind outside of emotions, itās ok to skip this one!
Doomy is known online as a menās rights activist but speaks up for SO many other topics and one area she wanted to chat about was the Residential Schools, specifically the 5 year long debate about the Kamloops 215.
At no point here are we DENYING these schools happened, abuse and terror were bestowed onto these children, but what we struggle the most with is the conflicting information and evidence out there. As we dive deeper, past the headlines⦠we have questions.
This is a VERY nuanced and complex conversation. There are many layers to this and a lot of hurt and anger and rightfully so.
But when intense claims of 215 bodies buried beside the school in unmarked graves and it ignited mass divide, burning churches and massive animosity between people, we gotta know more.
This isnāt a little deal. Millions have been spent to excavate yet nothing has been excavated.
Some indigenous communities do not even have drinking water⦠how are millions being funded for an excavation to happen and itās been 5 years and nothing?
The headline read bodies. Now they are saying it appears to be a septic field. No remains are found as of today. So why not excavate and allow the healing process for all?
Again, NOT SAYING this didnāt happen but you sit back and watch the money (as our gov does always) you gotta wonder if priorities maybe need a revisit here.
Places like the Highway of Tears in BC is KNOWN for many indigenous peoples to go missing from yet they JUST installed better phone service in the last few years.
Iām all for funding ā¤ļø im all for truth and reconciliation šÆ Iām all for helping all people of our Canadian community šš¼ but as I do with our Canadian government, Iām always going to question if people in power have the best interest in heart and Iām sorry babes, I donāt think so.
Iām soooo glad Doomy joined me today to speak on this although itās hard for her growing up in Manitoba and being indigenous herself, she feels lost in what to believe, what to know is right but she does know the path forward is talking about it and working together and Iām so grateful for that!
In todayās amazing episode I bring on an all time fave babe miss @hotmess_hollieg šš½
And in this episode we are talking MOTHERHOOD š¤°
Iāve had the absolute honour of watching Hollie be a new mama with her baby Zaid to about to get married mama of two beautiful girls.
Although motherhood looks amazing on Hollie and like sheās born to do this, it wasnāt always easy for her.
Being a young mom just learning who she was with not the most ideal environment, she had to navigate single motherhood away from her family and friends as sheās learning who she is at the same time.
Luckily a wonderful man named Shawn entered the chat and has not left since so going into her next round becoming a mom was a completely different experience.
I always love and appreciate Hollieās real talk around the challenges, the wins, the aha moments of being a mom.
& in this episode, we get to dive deeper into those moments š«¶š»
In this amazing episode I bring on one of fave podcasters, Bianca from Could it BII? to catch up on her healing journey ā¤ļø
Bianca takes us through being a kid with no medicinal issues or concerns until later in her younger life, having to get a surgery that eventually led to her journey to getting breast implants.
Bianca felt a pressure to look more feminine & to possibly fit her clothes a little better, walk a little braver and feel a little more confident so when the implant topic came up, it wasnāt off the table but rather explored to eventual implants.
Which made her feel incredible⦠until it didnāt š¢
After a long list of symptoms starting piling up combined with another local gal sharing her explant story, Bianca started her journey to explanting and advocating with her podcast at the same time!
Join us in this amazing catch up to see where she is now and get a run down of her journey before and after implanting/explanting!
In todayās episode I bring back one of my fave humans to chat with, Sofia!
Sofia first came on the show in Season 9 Ep 220 with our girl Lacey (shout out to Lacey!) where they shared their experiences leaving their nursing careers to take on a dream opportunity that turned out to be an absolute ongoing nightmare that leaves you with your jaw on the floor (make sure to go listen!)
But in this episode we dive deeper into who Sofia was as a kid and growing up, what brought her to nursing in the first place, how she made a complete shift in the way she can serve and help her clients, how she reacted to the vaccine, how she is doing now and literally anything little side quests we could!
She says we as professionals yappers and thatās absolutely correct!
Loved catching up and learning more about the absolute gem of a human being š¦
In todayās episode I continue on my journey sharing stories of open missing people of Canada cases.
We started this series in BC, then moved to AB and today we focus on open cases in Saskatchewan.
I was very disheartened while researching at the lack of communications and stories on these individuals.
Luckily one story had made it on the big screen on paramount but thatās one story of many unheard š¢
I apologize for the short episode and the lack of I formation on all these cases but either censorship is preventing me from finding more or the info just isnāt out there.
Either way, I bring up 4 missing people cases in Saskatchewan.
Tamra Jewel Keepness who was 5 when she went missing from Regina in 2004, Derek Sarazin went missing from Saskatoon in Nov 2024 at the age of 48, Jesse Strongman also went missing from Saskatoon in Nov 2021 at the age of 29 and finally I touch on the case of Mekayla Bali, a 16 year old who went missing in Yorkton in 2016.
At the time of recording all cases remained open.
Again, truly apologize of the lack of info on these individuals but the main points are there. They are missed and the families need help.
Please screenshot these photos and keep them in your prayers ā¤ļø
