Edwin Lee Gibson sat down with me to discuss his latest role on Hulu's The Bear. The show debuted quietly and has become a must-watch. Gibson, who has quite a theatre career, talks about his favorite roles, how he ended up on The Bear, what is happening with his character, behind-the-scenes stories, including working with Jeremy Allen White, and those famous one-take scenes. Synopsis:

A young chef from the fine dining world comes home to Chicago to run his family sandwich shop after a heartbreaking death in his family.
