Hey there podbabes! It's been awhile but back here in #CUWC with a heartbreaking, sad but something about letting go and moving on episode. This season's been a bit blue and I'm sorry to add this one but hey, it's worth a listen! :) I hope you enjoy and be cozy with this one.

I wanna add 2 learnings that I wasn't able to record on the last part of this episode, but here ya go:

  1. In any relationships, don't suppress or "brush-off" red flags or toxic traits/patterns that you'll eventually discover from that person/those people. Always acknowledge them and work it out with whom you're struggling it with. Be open and talk about things that hurt you or made you feel terrible or bad. Open communication is the key + active listening from both parties!!
  2. Never forget to set boundaries to any relationships. It's VV important and I cannot emphasize it enough. Saying no or yes when u feel like it is understandable. But also add an explanation if NEEDED otherwise, it's totally okay as well! Be happy with your own company and decisions, don't be sorry for it.
