Weakness is normal! Anyone who tells you otherwise needs to take a lap. Being a leader - whether it be in sports, the classroom, the office - is a hard job. Being a leader and struggling with mental health is even harder. So, how do we get through it?

This week, we discuss what it's like being a leader while dealing with your mental health. It's not all rainbows and sunshine, and there are things we'd do differently if given the chance. But those hard lessons brought us here today and we wouldn't have it any other way!
