The Beginning of Neglect

Join me on a personal journey through childhood trauma to functional adulthood. I'll attempt to tackle the main issues and resulting behaviour's around complex trauma, and why I think it's so important to talk about it. The aim of sharing my story of abuse and neglect is to highlight some of the long term effects of childhood trauma and how I've overcome them as an adult. Strap yourself in, it may be a bumpy ride.
