In this, the inaugural message of our study in the Gospel of Mark, we consider the unique features of this book, and how Mark’s own personal spiritual journey prepared him to write this Gospel. The burning desire of Mark is to confront us with Jesus so that we can address the question of prime importance: Who do we say Jesus is?
