In 1999 all the Coca-Cola bottles in Belgium were destroyed. Why? It seemed that a product error had caused the coke to become poisonous with many people being sent to hospital. But was this the real cause?

Where Curiosity Killed the Cat differs from the saturated genre of true crime is that it focuses more on mystery than investigation procedural. A lot of the cases covered do not have solid conclusions and its the fascination with the inexplicable that drives this series.
