The key principle is that spiritual beings need physical vessels to operate in the physical realm, which is why both God and Satan require our cooperation to work through us. We open doors to the enemy by allowing worldly voices through our eyes and ears - media, entertainment, and information that conforms our souls to this world rather than transforming them through God's Word. Victory comes through filling our souls with Scripture and creating intentional times of silence to hear from the Holy Spirit. The direction our soul is traveling determines which spiritual power can flow through our lives.
