The Bell Witch Takes the Stage... Leaning into Legends

Beyond Terrestrial is proud to present another part of our deep dive into the legend of the Bell Witch. In this new production, Lee interviews Joel Meriwether. Joel is the director of Spirit, a stage drama that recounts the story of John Bell and his ill-fated family. Joel will tell us about the elements of the legend that lend themselves to dramatic reenactment as well as the strange happenings that have occurred during the show’s production. A production that is staged right in the Bell Witch’s hometown of Adams, Tennessee!
