Eoghan Moylan

This week's One To Watch is Galway's Eoghan Moylan.

Eoghan has just released his debut solo single Dark Disco.

Eoghan grew up around traditional Irish music and dance in Connemara but has taken his music many different directions.

He always had a love for a more alternative sound and when he discovered digital synthesizers in college an obsession began.

Dark Disco ties together influences of disco that Eoghan was hoping to make, with a sound that it true to him.

When it comes to writing songs Eoghan said he feels he's a bit backwards compared to most.

Usually, a song title will come to him and then he works on building around that. He is a storyteller at heart and hopes to incorporate that into all his music.
