This week's One To Watch is Micah.

She's just released her latest single Stranger and joined Sarina on Saturday's show.

Micah told Sarina that the song is actually inspired by Tinder!

Last year, Micah rejoined the app and it gave her the inspiration to write the song about swiping through strangers wondering are they going to be the one.

It worked out well for her, as she met her now boyfriend on the app!

Micah has been super busy recently, between writing, releasing, her day job in teaching and appearing on The Last Singer Standing.

It's been an interesting experience for her as her students have come to discover her other musical life. They've even started making TikTok dances to her songs!

Although, they do come to her for music advice and some have even looked for voice lessons which she loves.

Micah has lots of big plans for 2022, including trying to book some gigs Stateside and in Europe.

Which shouldn't be too hard since her music has gotten radio play in New York, Portugal, Sweden and loads of other countries!
