This week's One To Watch is Sive.

She has recently released new track Winter and joined Sarina to tell her more about it.

Winter is a song not so much about the season but about the human experience.

Sive told Sarina that it's a look at the changing of our own feelings and emotions, and how sometimes we can feel like we're in the depths of Winter.

The track is off Sive's upcoming album which we can expect in the new year.

Sive also spoke to Sarina about accepting the good feedback on her work.

She said sometimes she finds it too easy to brush off people's nice comments, and we put too much value in the bad ones.

When it comes to performing, Sive said she never intended on performing solo on stage in the days she was in a band.

However, even after a rocky first gig in college, she started writing music that she wanted to get up and play for people.
