A bunch of crows in the mast stirs up seafaring superstitions, which was fun to hear all about.  Madison and Georgia friendship is pushed to the brink when Georgia tells everyone Madison's sister was murdered, but they work it out. Everyone's issues are put in perspective when charter guests board to celebrate the life of a dear friend who has stage 4 cancer. It was a somber episode. Parker resigns, and he just can't handle the yacht life making him leave Parsifal. Adam is happy not to share a bed with him. Jenna talks badly about Parker, and Madison comes to his rescue. Bryon and Jenna attack her at dinner. They have a new deckhand to replace Parker, and he's British. Georgia might like the new deckhand Chris, maybe there is love to be had on the boat. Byron is instigating all the fights aboard. Adam and Madison come for each other about who sleeps in the master bedroom of the boat. Adam and Jenna of course get together talking crap about Madison. Madison expresses her dream of becoming a fashion designer. The guests are fashion bloggers, and flirt with Adam pissing off Jenna. Paget dropped the ball a bit, and Glenn said, "he is pulling a Parker." Parker is living his best life, proposing to his ex Kaiti in a very sweet underwater proposal.

After Adam has a jealous outburst, Jenna asks Georgia to be her buffer and lie to him about how they both slept with the same guy. Madison keeps her head down and works hard to earn back Jenna's trust and is barely on the episode. Capt. Glenn and Jenna have a tough meeting with Madison about her work ethic and how overworked she is.  The crew bonds on their day off and get closer. Georgia, Ciara and Paget get a little too close with Georgia joking about a possible threesome. Adam and Jenna's sexual tension comes to fruition finally,  The afterglow doesn't last long as Adam's jealousy erupts when it turns out that Jenna and Georgia both dated the same guy and Adam doesn’t like the jokes. Jenna and Adam pick up the pieces of Madison and Ciara's botched picnic. Jenna won’t let Madison get away with not wearing a bra. Georgia steps up to surprise the guests with a pink party and rises to the challenge. Parker tries to prove himself by executing a mission for the guests, while Ciara steps aside to let him make his own mistakes. The boat breaks down and he figures it out for himself. Madison professes her attraction to Parker, but he has been communicating with his ex-girlfriend.

Adam and Jenna's epic fight is a buzzkill for the rest of the crew and they won't stop arguing. But they are so professional when it comes to dealing with Captain Glenn. Parker resents Ciara's bossiness and their drama finally boils over and involves Paget. This is the weirdest threesome ever.  When the two come to verbal blows, Capt. Glenn calls a meeting but Parker ends up getting thrown under the bus. New guests comes on board, and they are a special breed of social media influencers. They want lots of food prepared, but they don't want to eat any of it. WTF.  Madison falls hard for Parker, but he seems in his own world. The rocks on the beach during the beach party aren't the only thing that is rocky as Jenna confronts Madison for not wearing a bra. The lack of communication on this boat is egregious.

The guests have an out-of-control party, prompting Capt. Glenn to set limits on the Jersey shore wannabe guests who at least left a great tip for the crew! Adam critiques Parker for not making his bed and he loses his mind at everyone. Parker needs to be more respectful. Paget and Georgia take a swim together, and Ciara catches them while Georgia is trying to do a body shot. Ciara is starting to be bothered by this inappropriate flirting. Jenna throws herself at Adam and he rejects her and she does not take it well. Hello tears!
