Psalm 15 brings us to the idea of not just coming into God’s presence but also staying there.

Ever since Adam and Eve were exiled from the garden, being in God’s presence has been elusive. But it is also the hope of our race that God would be with us always, even into the end of the ages and further on into eternity.

Which of course is Jesus our Lord for us. He fits the description of Psalm 15’s righteous man who is not just righteous for himself, but shed his blood so we could be made righteous as well. The Lord is our Righteousness.
