We all feel stress and anxiety in a smaller or larger scale and there are MANY solutions of how to get rid of it, but what if we shouldn't get rid of it? What if that is the way our body can communicate with us?
I beleive we are given a golden portal when stress and anxiety is active in our system - it is a change to use the adrenaline to take action.
