For most of my life, I was in 'victim' mode and saw everything in my life as either a blessing or a curse that 'just happened' to me. I wasn't an active player in my own life, mostly due to childhood trauma.  (And if we're honest, most of us have some degree of that right?)

However, bringing a victim mentally into your business is a surefire way to sabotage your own success.  You and the Soul of your business are in a relationship, and no relationship thrives when one is the victim.  By taking ultimate responsibility for our contribution to any challenge, we empower ourselves, we become an active player in the game.
