Chocolate is one of the first things most of us think we need to eliminate when we start a diet or decide to pursue a new health goal.

But chocolate, specifically natural cocoa, carries a load of minerals and nutritional benefits with it and just maybe we don't actually need to try to eliminate it from our diets.

I'm a huge fan of dark chocolate so that is what I focus on here, and I let you know my 3 favourite dark chocolate bars too.
