Our guest today has been the nutrition field for more than 15 years. After witnessing the effects that poor food choices had on numerous patients in the hospitals where she worked, she knew she had to do something. So she made the decision to help people before their health failed them. 

She studied Holistic Nutrition at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and is certified through the Academy of Dietetics. As a vegan for over 10 years, she knows how to make healthy, plant based options for a variety of taste buds. 

She enjoys cooking and teaching others about the importance of good nutrition, the power of their food choices, and how to make eating whole, plant-based foods delicious and fun! She believes that making small changes can lead to BIG results and lasting change.
