The warlock was the first class that Braxton and I were both drawn to. The class is both interesting roleplay wise but also unique in it's mechanics for D&D 5e. You can have an elder being as a patron, a genie, or even a celestial which can open up tons of different options for a Dungeon Master to pull you into the story.
