The Best Moments of The BBQ Central Show in 10 Minutes or Less

Episode 157…Taking you back to 1/3/2012 – There was a time, 8+ years ago, where I was ANTI-PELLET COOKER! Yes, that's right, I thought they were vile, I thought they were cheating, I thought you were a lazy person if you bought one and I thought much more than that as well! However, I was sent a pellet cooker by the company now known as "Grilla" to do some R&D for them. I would cook on it through the month and then tell the head eingneer what I liked and what I didn't like. I would tell him things I would want on it, report on the condition of the cooker, how it was cooking, how it was holding up in the Cleveland elenets and what I would do to the next version if it made it to market.

Well, within that time, I accidently fell in love with pellet cookers!! This specific bit of the show was me admitting to the world that I, indeed, took a new lover...and her name was pellet cooker!! I hope you enjoy it.
